Nock had a seriously good time at Roma Bar Show 2025.
Held at Rome’s Palazzo dei Congressi on 26–27 May, Roma Bar Show brought together the Italian and international bar world for two days of cocktails, spirits, bartenders and a frankly unreasonable amount of copitas! All in all, it proved to be the perfect setting to introduce more people to what we're doing with agave, and this wasn't just a case of putting a few bottles on a stand and hoping someone noticed:
Our founder Jose Pablo, Partner Melissa Mathieson and Creative Director Kenny Mathieson met up with the brilliant team from El Disfrute, to join the White Dog Tradition crew up on the roof in the heart of the agave village. Together, we brought a little bit of Mexico and quite a lot of Nock to Rome, and the response was fantastic.
Bartenders, buyers and agave enthusiasts came through to taste the range, talk mezcal and, most importantly, get to know the people behind the bottles. For a brand like Nock, that's the good stuff: conversations rather than sales pitches, curious bartenders rather than captive audiences, and plenty of opportunities to discover what happens when our spirits get in Italian hands.
"Yo No Quiero Agua, Yo Quiero Tequila" was heard across the rafters! Huge thanks to Jose Pablo, El Disfrute and especially everyone at White Dog Tradition for making it such a memorable couple of days.
Rome was good to us.
We'll be back in September 2026!
